Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Yulia Gavrilova — a licensed clinical psychologist, TEDx Speaker, and former professional swimmer who understands what it’s like to perform under pressure and carry the weight of emotional and physical challenges. I help people navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and everyday challenges like stress, communication, and life transitions. I also have a passion for working with individuals recovering from life-changing injuries, including burns or other forms of physical trauma. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or trying to rebuild after something difficult, you don’t have to do it alone. With experience helping high-stress professionals — such as firefighters, veterans, elite athletes, and surgeons — I offer personalized, evidence-based support to help you heal, build resilience, and unlock your full potential. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, or burnout, my approach can help you move forward. In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessments, performance coaching, and consultations. I also lead workshops and seminars focused on resilience, growth, and well-being. No matter where you are in your journey — surviving, healing, or aiming higher — I'm here to support you every step of the way.
