I work with adults carrying worry, shame, low motivation, painful or unwanted memories, or unwanted repeating habits, who are seeking relief, support, and/or meaningful change. I offer brief or long-term therapy and psychological evaluations, integrating evidence-based science and your personal story to identify how your body, mind, behaviors, history, and environment work in tandem to create your current experiences. I work best with clients who are curious to make sense of their inner and outer experiences, ready to begin making changes, and those who are looking for a warm and directive space to examine their patterns in a new light.
