Great to meet you! For over 16 years I have been working with individuals and couples who want more out of their lives and relationships, especially when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or unclear. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where honesty is respected, pain is allowed, and practical steps are made collaboratively to help you towards change at a pace that feels natural for you. Working with me means you get collaboration that is active rather than passive. It means that I won't quietly sit there and ask you “...and how does that make you feel?”. Instead, I want to understand your struggle, your situation, your strengths, and how we can work through it together in a way that actually helps. Our objective together is to create change; to help you to reclaim your own grounding so you can move forward. Most often, I work with people dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, addictive behaviors, attachment-related struggles, and recurring patterns of burnout or feeling stuck. Our focus together will be on understanding what's happening underneath the surface and helping you take meaningful next steps.
