Introduction

Anxiety can make life feel exhausting. Trauma can leave you feeling emotionally stuck, disconnected, hypervigilant, or overwhelmed—even when you’re trying your best to hold everything together. You may be struggling with depression, PTSD, self-esteem, relationship stress, life transitions, cultural identity issues, or the pressure of constantly having to “survive” instead of truly living. If that sounds familiar, you don’t have to carry it alone. As a therapist-in-training, I provide a supportive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and begin healing at your own pace. I work especially well with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, immigrant experiences, identity stress, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to be themselves without judgment. Together, we can work on emotional regulation, coping skills, self-understanding, boundaries, relationship patterns, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been neglected through stress or trauma. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic, warm, and empowering. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve spent years trying to manage everything on your own. Reaching out is a courageous step. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally numb, anxious, or simply wanting support through a difficult season of life, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
