Introduction

Hello, my name is Yvonne Dejean. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for individuals, couples, and teens across Massachusetts via secure telehealth. I offer trauma-informed therapy with a gentle, relational approach, integrating Brainspotting, somatic awareness, and evidence-based practices to support healing and clarity. I currently accept Aetna and Optum (including Harvard Pilgrim and UnitedHealthcare) insurance plans, and I also offer private-pay options. My work is centered on helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, identity transitions, and emotional overwhelm with compassion and practical tools. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward lasting well-being. If you feel ready to begin, I look forward to meeting you.
