As a bilingual, bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to providing mental health services to women, children, and families. My clinical work focuses on the treatment of complex trauma in children, adolescents, and adults; supporting and strengthening attachment in parent–child relationships; and addressing perinatal mental health. I bring over 30 years of experience in community-based mental health. In addition to providing therapy, I have extensive experience in clinical supervision, program development, community training, and clinical consultation across a range of evidence-based and attachment-informed modalities. My areas of expertise include perinatal mental health, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Brazelton Touchpoints, and infant mental health. I believe that learning and healing happen in the context of relationships and community. I am committed to working alongside you to support your growth, healing, and learning in a safe, collaborative, and culturally responsive space.
