Introduction

I came to psychotherapy through a longstanding interest in how people heal, adapt, and make sense of difficult experiences. My background across mental health, healthcare, crisis services, hospice, and mind-body work shaped my belief that good therapy considers the whole person rather than reducing someone to symptoms or a diagnosis. I provide online therapy for adolescents (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic illness and pain, suicidal thoughts, identity concerns, life transitions, and other difficult experiences. I also welcome people who cannot easily name what is wrong but know something in their lives needs attention. My foundation is person-centered, so feeling heard, understood, and respected is central to our work. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and mind-body practices based on your needs and preferences. Sessions may involve processing difficult experiences, exploring patterns, practicing skills, building self-compassion, identifying what matters to you, or simply having space to be fully human. I provide 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care. Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, practical, and compassionate. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can figure that out together.
