Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your inner and relational world. I work with adults in individual and couples therapy, drawing on psychodynamic and relational approaches to gently explore the patterns that shape your life, relationships, and sense of self. Many people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, or life transitions, while others come with curiosity and a desire to better understand themselves. Please note, I am currently practicing only in Massachusetts. My style is calm, curious, and direct. I create a conversational space where clients can reflect and gain insight. Together, we explore patterns, connect past and present, and consider new ways of relating to themselves and others. I adapt my approach—sometimes spacious, sometimes more directive—to fit each person’s needs. If you’re curious about starting therapy, I’d be glad to talk with you. Reaching out is often the hardest step, and I welcome the chance to learn about you, your story, and what you hope for in this process. Feel free to contact me to see if we might be a good fit. I will typically respond to messages within 24 hours during weekdays. You can contact me via email for scheduling or questions at zahra@zatherapy.com.
