My name is Zalen “Zee” Crowder, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II). I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and I am currently a PhD candidate in psychology, which allows me to bring both clinical depth and a broader, systems-informed perspective to the work I do with clients. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, abandonment, and life transitions. My approach is direct, compassionate, and results-oriented. I create a space where you can be fully seen and understood, while also being challenged in ways that support real, lasting change. I am especially attuned to the ways past experiences shape current patterns, and I work collaboratively with you to break cycles that no longer serve you. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, military and veteran populations, individuals in open or polyamorous relationships, and people with disabilities. I value authenticity, cultural awareness, and meeting you exactly where you are without judgment. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, therapy can be a powerful space to gain clarity, build confidence, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you move forward with intention, not just insight.
