Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that practices in-person in Humble and virtually throughout Texas. I believe that sometimes life does not go as planned and that can cause a series of thoughts and emotions. Therapy can help you process those thoughts and emotions and be a guide as you work to obtain your life goals. From day-to-day transitional issues that cause depression, self-esteem, and anxiety issues to larger transitional issues like grieving the death of a loved one or deciding on a major life change, I will be a guide as you make the changes you want in your life. My therapeutic orientation is eclectic, with a strong cognitive-behavioral base. I acknowledge that every client is unique and deserves a safe, caring environment as they travel in their therapeutic journey. I pride myself in being relatable and making people feel at ease. I currently have virtual and in-person appointments available. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can discuss your needs and my style of therapeutic practice.
