Introduction

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified in neuropsychotherapy, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, certified professional coach, and certified yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people grow into the fullest version of themselves. My approach blends the science of psychology and neuroscience with mindfulness, movement, and energy work to help clients rewire unhelpful patterns, lead with purpose, and live with presence. Additionally, I am a certified Divorce Mediator, guiding couples through challenging times and working towards mutually satisfying resolutions. My expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) allows me to provide holistic support for clients on their journey to well-being. Many individuals feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and fear, preventing them from fully living their lives. I believe in helping clients adopt a comprehensive approach that leverages their strengths and transforms adversity into opportunity. Together, we will create a personalized plan that embraces life’s changes with confidence and resilience.
