Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to figuring things out on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. With a background in school counseling and experience supporting people through a variety of life challenges, I enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and the effects of past experiences. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, drawing from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies, while also incorporating mindfulness, body awareness, and creative approaches when helpful. I believe therapy is about more than managing difficult feelings. It’s also an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you, at your pace.
