I believe real change happens through small, intentional steps, and I love helping people discover how capable they already are. My style is thoughtful, empathetic, and empowering, and we’ll celebrate the wins along the way, big and small. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, burnout, and life transitions. I have special experience with autism and neurodivergence, and as the founder of the Military Cultural Alliance, I bring a deep understanding of military-connected individuals and families. If you’d like your faith woven into therapy, I also offer a Christian approach. Therapy with me is a true partnership. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach with CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, we’ll build practical skills for everyday life while growing your self-understanding and confidence in your own choices. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and Florida with an MSW from Walden University and eight years of experience. I’m also pursuing my Doctor of Social Work, with research on recurrent psychiatric hospitalization in adults. Sessions are online, with evening and Sunday hours to fit busy schedules. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be glad to connect.
