Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and asking for help takes courage. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, explore what’s holding you back, and work toward the life you want. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds—teens finding their way, adults navigating stress or relationship struggles, and individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, or serious mental health challenges. What I’ve learned is that every person’s journey is unique, and therapy should reflect that. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and asking for help takes courage. What I’ve learned is that every person’s journey is unique, and therapy should reflect that. My specialty is with children and adolescents, but I also have experience working with adults. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more recently Psychodynamic, but more importantly, I listen first and adapt to what feels right for you. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self so you can move forward with confidence and hope. “We are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become." - Carl Jung
