Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate communication issues, sexual difficulties, kinks/fetish exploration, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to solve the issues they are facing and therapy assists them in finding the right tools for the job. I specialize in working with adults who received a late ADHD diagnosis, couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent, adults/couples with sexual difficulties, and adults/couples practicing kink. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or burnt out from years of masking, people-pleasing, or trying to “push through” without the tools that truly fit their brains. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to explain away your experience—where your wiring makes sense, and where support is tailored to you. My areas of focus include: • Late-diagnosis ADHD • Couples with a neurodivergent partner • Female orgasmic disorder • ADHD and employment stress • Depression and ADHD • Anxiety and ADHD I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, strengthen communication, and develop practical, strategies for their relationships and daily life. Our work will always be collaborative—structured when needed, flexible when helpful, and centered on your lived experience. I offer in-person and online sessions in Atlanta, Georgia, and virtual therapy for clients throughout Pennsylvania. Whether you're seeking clarity, skills, healing, or a more fulfilling relationship with yourself or your partner, I’m here to support your journey. If you’re ready to break old cycles, build new patterns, and finally feel understood, I’d be honored to work with you.
