I aim to help clients engage in deep self-exploration to identify the underlying causes of their symptoms, heal from past trauma, create healthier relationships with themselves and others, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I use a psychodynamic and relational framework to guide clients in gaining insight into their emotional patterns and understanding how past experiences shape their present lives. Together, we use the therapeutic relationship as a lens to deepen understanding of your emotions and the ways you relate to yourself and others. By bringing these patterns into awareness, you can begin to make sense of them and choose new ways of being that feel more authentic and fulfilling. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and challenged toward growth.
