I understand the courage it takes to show up in therapy because I've walked that path myself. My own journey of seeking support—even when it felt hard—taught me how to reconnect with my voice and rewrite my story, and I want to help you do the same. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I draw on EMDR, CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and behavioral therapy—tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you; it's about understanding you and helping you find your own path forward. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to work with you.
