Introduction

Hello! My name is Zoë and I am the founder of The Rooted & Rising Collaborative. At Rooted & Rising my goal is to create an environment that supports parents as they navigate more challenges than ever before. We are working to raise a generation of children that are attuned, insightful, and regulated, all while trying to hold down careers, manage households, and show up thoughtfully in our own relationships. Oh, and don't forget! Keep ourselves regulated in the process, too! Parenting has a way of exposing all of the things we thought we had under control. In order to truly be able to show up with empathy and understanding for our kids, we first need to learn about ourselves, our past, and the experiences that brought us here in the first place. Whether you may like to become a parent some day, are new parents embarking on this journey for the first time, or seasoned parents looking for concrete, real time support, it is my mission to help you recognize that parenting is never just a journey of the present moment. Each of us has a story to tell of who we were before becoming parents, and that story impacts how we react, connect, and show up when faced with the challenges of raising children. Congratulations on showing up for your family today and for taking the first step towards a calmer, more centered, more connected life. If my work resonates with you and you would like to share your story, please reach out for a complimentary consultation.
