Introduction

I use evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand anxiety, OCD, and the patterns that keep them going. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, and uncertainty. Meaningful change doesn't happen the same way for everyone, so I tailor therapy to each person's goals, needs, and pace. Some clients come looking for short-term, structured treatment. Others benefit from a longer-term process that combines practical tools with deeper exploration and support. My goal is to help clients make meaningful changes while feeling challenged, supported, and understood.
