Introduction

You may be feeling tangled in the same patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or wondering how you drifted so far from yourself. Some people come to therapy wanting a space to process. Others want a clear roadmap. Most need both, and that's exactly what I offer. I'm Zoe, an LMHC specializing in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PMDD. Together, we'll process what's keeping you in those loops, build skills that fit your nervous system, and create lasting change. Real tools. Real structure. Real progress. As a musician turned therapist, I believe healing has a rhythm. Part of my job is helping you find yours. I work with teens and adults navigating burnout, major life transitions, long-standing patterns, and everything in between. Using EMDR, DBT, and CPT, we’ll explore what's underneath those struggles: what you’ve lived through, what you’ve learned to carry, and whether your brain may work a little differently than you've been told. I care most about the kind of progress that actually lasts: feeling more like yourself, with better tools and a clearer sense of who you are for the road ahead. In session, I'm warm and direct in equal measure. I'll meet you where you are, and I'll also gently challenge you when it matters. When you're ready, I'd love to connect.
