My path into counseling began with a background in music, where I saw firsthand how creativity, patience, and presence can foster meaningful transformation. That experience continues to shape the way I show up in the therapy room today. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, complex trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and women’s mental health concerns, including PMDD. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based treatments such as DBT, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I integrate practical skill-building with deeper insight to help clients regulate emotions, improve relationships, and build a steadier, more confident sense of self. I believe therapy is most effective when authenticity and structure come together. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns, develop tools that actually work in daily life, and create lasting change that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
