I was first drawn to become a therapist through my work as a wilderness therapy field guide, where I witnessed first hand how healing the natural world can be. I help clients heal from trauma and address anxiety, depression, and other concerns by teaching them to change unhelpful thought patterns, widen their perspective, and see their problems through a different lens, often using the wilderness as a backdrop. You don't have to travel back in time and change the painful experiences you've had- you can learn to live in the present moment in a more joyful, grounded, peaceful way.
