Therapy is a useful resource for reflection and creating a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I’m here to hold space and navigate the process with you, using collaboration and mindfulness. Life can sometimes present challenges that leave us feeling stuck, but together we will create a dedicated space to explore and heal. My trauma-informed approach to therapy includes training in EMDR and having an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective. I also prioritize client-centered and attachment-based solutions within our therapeutic alliance.
