I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and change. By fostering trust, empathy, and authenticity, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about working with older teens, and adults by providing compassionate, individualized therapy to help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and live fulfilling lives. I’m proud to have completed Montana’s AHEC Scholars Program, which focuses on serving rural and underserved communities and includes training in behavioral health integration, social determinants of health, and cultural competency. I currently have the pleasure of working with Big Sky Counseling, and Kelli Smith, for supervision while I am pursuing full licensure in Montana. I believe therapy should be accessible wherever clients are—at home, in the office, or out enjoying Montana’s outdoors—and I enjoy tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. In my free time, I love exploring Montana’s public lands and rivers, as well as neighboring Idaho’s outdoors. I also enjoy fishing, reading, shed hunting, and painting. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.
