Introduction

Hi, I'm Zoya, a psychotherapist, chaplain, and spiritual counselor serving the Chicago area, with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and find healing from within. With a background in clinical counseling and a Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy, I bring a holistic, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach to mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, emotional and narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and significant life transitions. My approach is integrative and collaborative, combining evidence-based therapeutic practices with an appreciation for each person's unique experiences, values, and beliefs. Above all, I believe healing begins with understanding ourselves, reclaiming our voices, and building the confidence, resilience, and inner peace needed to live more authentically and meaningfully.
