My approach as a psychologist is relational, strengths-based, and deeply collaborative. Even in an assessment setting, I believe the process should feel human, engaging, and supportive, not clinical or disconnected (because that’s the opposite of what you need). I want you to feel comfortable being open, asking questions, and exploring your experiences in a space where you feel seen and respected. With over a decade of experience in university mental health settings, I’ve had the opportunity to support young adults through some of the most pivotal and identity-shaping seasons of their lives. I currently serve as a Clinical Director in a university counseling center, where I oversee clinical services, provide therapy, and specialize in autism and ADHD assessments. My work is grounded in a feminist, multicultural, socially-informed perspective that honors the complexity of identity, lived experience, and context. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to who you are—not just as a client, but as a whole person. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, advocate for your needs, and move through life with more confidence and in your own way, I’m here to support you.
