Hi, I'm Annie. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens, adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. As a queer person, I understand the vulnerability that can come with entering a new space and wondering whether you'll be accepted, understood, or able to show up as your full self. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you don't have to hide parts of yourself, explain your identity, or worry about being judged. Therapy can be a place to explore who you are, process what's been weighing on you, and build a stronger sense of confidence and self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply rooted in understanding your unique experiences. I recognize the impact that relationships, family dynamics, identity, and life events can have on how safe, connected, and secure we feel in the world. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we'll work to better understand those experiences while building tools that help you move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and resilience.
