Introduction

Before starting my private practice, I was a mental health therapist at various programs focusing on disordered eating, addiction, inpatient and outpatient, as well as co occurring mental health struggles. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with honoring their self worth and keeping toxic relationships out of their life. This can include changing a toxic relationship with self. I know what it is like to to feel unworthy of the life I wanted and allowed unhealthy relationships to dictate my future.
