People often find me when they’ve reached a point where insight alone isn’t enough. You may have built a life that looks successful from the outside but still feels heavy, uncertain, or lonely on the inside. Maybe you’re carrying pain quietly, afraid to fall apart because others depend on you to hold it together. In my work, I help people who are used to leading, managing, and performing learn how to feel again — without losing the strength that got them here. What I’ve learned through my own story and years of sitting with others is that healing doesn’t come from perfection or control. It comes from honesty, tenderness, and the courage to stay present with what’s real. As your therapist, I’ll be both steady and straightforward. I’ll ask you to look deeper, but I’ll do it with the kind of care that reminds you you’re not alone. My role is to help you make meaning of what’s happened, to restore connection where you’ve gone numb, and to remind you that your capacity for love, leadership, and joy was never lost — only waiting to be reclaimed. You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be met.
