I became a counselor after more than three decades in healthcare leadership, where I witnessed firsthand how stress, burnout, and relational struggles can take a toll on individuals and families. My journey into counseling was driven by a passion to walk alongside people in life’s hardest seasons, helping them find clarity, hope, and strength. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach blends person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral and somatic practices, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes. For those who wish to include faith in the counseling process, I also bring a Master’s degree in Theology, which allows me to integrate spiritual perspectives when it is meaningful to a client’s healing journey. My goal is to help clients move toward healthier relationships, stronger self-worth, and greater peace of mind—so they can live with purpose and resilience.
