Introduction

I will help you learn to appreciate your emotional identity through managing moods, thoughts, impulsiveness, reactivity, and harmful behaviors. I will help you strengthen or repair your relationships and build new ones. I'll help you cultivate confidence to ask for what you want, set boundaries with others, and navigate family issues. I can also teach you social skills if you feel out of place at work or school. I use in a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, (EFT) Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprossing ( EMDR). I have extensive experience in working with Adolescents and Adults who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictions, Self-Harming Behaviors, Trauma, PTSD, Grief, Co-dependency, Depression, Anxiety, and Suicide Ideation. In addition, I have extensive experience in working with Couples therapy to improve communication, heal from infidelity.
