First responders spend their careers answering the call for others. Too often, they do so while carrying the weight of trauma, stress, loss, addiction, relationship struggles, and the cumulative impact of a profession that demands constant sacrifice. As a former police officer with more than 18 years of service, I understand these challenges from both a personal and professional perspective. My practice is dedicated to serving first responders, veterans, and those affected by addiction and trauma. Drawing from my experience in law enforcement and my work as a therapist, I help clients navigate the realities of critical incidents, cumulative stress, moral injury, substance use, career transitions, and the personal challenges that often accompany a life of service. I believe people are more than the worst things they have experienced and more than the struggles they face today. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It is about understanding your journey, recognizing your strengths, and developing the tools needed to move forward. Together, we will work to build resilience, restore balance, and help you create a life that aligns with your values and goals.
