I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin understanding your own story. Healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported, and my role as your therapist is to create a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we’ll cultivate acceptance, accelerate growth, and work toward your most centered, aware, and empowered self. Healing is most effective when the whole person is supported—mind, body, and environment. My work is grounded in the biopsychosocial model and guided by a holistic, collaborative approach. Together, we’ll: Build on your strengths to enhance self-worth and purpose Explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck Practice mindfulness, coping strategies, and self-compassion Develop practical tools for relationships, career, and daily life Create space for processing trauma, intrusive thoughts, or past pain Work toward greater balance, confidence, and resilience In our sessions, you can expect a balance of supportive listening and practical tools to help you feel centered and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My goal is to help you reclaim confidence, navigate barriers to reaching your goals, nurture self-respect and meaningful relationships, and connect with your inner source of empowerment. In addition to clinical social work, I am certified as an expert-level sound healer, meditation & breath work facilitator, & registered yoga teacher. Upon request, I am able to utilize mindfulness-based interventions & somatic modalities to support the clinical therapeutic process.
