I use a humanistic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) approach to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I strive to provide stability, compassion, and empathy while helping you build effective coping, boundary-setting, and communication skills, as well as create a life you feel proud of. My virtual office is an LGBTQIA+-affirming space, and I work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, stress management difficulties, and relationship and interpersonal issues.
