If you’re considering therapy, you may be at a point where something in your life feels difficult, uncertain, or simply not quite like you. Maybe you’re navigating a major life change, struggling with your confidence, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or trying to better understand yourself and your relationships. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to create a space where you can genuinely be yourself. I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist, and I believe that feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of doing meaningful work together. I especially enjoy working with adults who are navigating life transitions, self-esteem and confidence, LGBTQIA+ identity and experiences, and women’s mental health. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges. My background as a school-based SAC has given me a particular appreciation for how much we can learn about ourselves while navigating change, relationships, identity, and the expectations we place on ourselves. In therapy, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work toward feeling more confident in who you are and how you want to move forward. You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before reaching out. We’ll start where you are, at your pace, and work together to help you feel more understood, more grounded, and more like yourself. I provide telehealth therapy across New Jersey.
