I am a registered Psychological Associate under the supervision of Dr. Annie Gharakhani. I grew up a professional Rhythmic Gymnast which later continued into my passion for athletics, coaching, and later into my career in Psychology. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Throughout my training and current clinical work, I grew an infinite passion for research focused on self-care and quality of life of individuals. In my clinical work I implement psychoeducation about self-care and guiding you in building self-compassion in order to enhance overall wellbeing. My background focuses on Psychological Assessment and Individual Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. In my approach, I utilize a strengths based approach and strive to create a safe space for clients to learn about themselves and strive to reach their fullest potential.
